‘Squeegee’ by Morgan Krantz

by The MovieBabble Staff

A high-powered female executive has an erotic rendezvous with a high-rise window-washer on opposite sides of her office window. Funny and poignant, Squeegee is an apt portrait of intimacy in the time of social distancing.

Nick Kush: I love the sense of humor in Squeegee, which literalizes the barriers we put around our sexual desires by showing quite the odd relationship. Although underneath the absurdity is the idea that we are all aching to share our full selves with someone else, but we often stop short and leave it as a fantasy. More than anything else, Squeegee is a call to rid ourselves of unnecessary embarrassment.
