Don’t look now, but the Oscars are creeping up on us! This year, the MovieBabble crew has decided to throw a twist into our coverage and place our very own stake in the 2021/22 awards season.
Myself and Nick are joined by Jonathan from The Film Drunk and special guest and newcomer Sophia from Oscar Wild as we each attempt to put together the best six film slate for the upcoming awards season with the goal of getting the most nominations and wins across all voting bodies. In the first round, the draftee is required to select an animated feature, followed by an international feature in the second round. After that, they can choose any four films they believe may be a major contender this season.
