BlacKkKlansman is making waves in both film and political spheres for its content. In one way it’s an unbelievably funny real-life story, but, in another way, it’s a sobering, painfully obvious look at the state of race relations in the United States and how relevant the issues of previous decades are today.
Essentially, you’re along for the ride until a large dose of reality slaps you in the face — then the theater left in silence.
