Luca Guadagnino’s reimagining of Dario Argento’s 70s giallo horror classic Suspiria is a film that will inevitably be the subject of numerous video essays, analyses and think pieces. It is a film that will require multiple viewings to catch every little detail and understand what is really going on.
It probably shouldn’t be discussed on a podcast recorded straight after seeing it for the first time, at midnight on a Friday. But that’s exactly what I did.
Join myself, Erik Tischer and Koen Garlick-Trease on the latest episode of Another Bloody Movie Podcast as we discuss all things Suspiria remake. What we think worked, what we think didn’t work, why Erik believes that Tilda Swinton’s German dialogue was dubbed, all this and more is in this episode.
