As the box office’s heartbeat continues to wane, Nick and I take a look at Disney’s latest release-date push. Everything from Kenneth Branagh’s Death on the Nile to Black Widow has been pushed. With most studios skipping October, the question of whether or not November will still see the release of No Time to Die and Soul is still on everyone’s mind.
Netflix, on the other hand, remains relatively unhindered by the pandemic. This week saw the release of Enola Holmes, a film that charms Nick and me greatly through the charisma of Millie Bobbie Brown and Henry Cavill. We also chat about Kajillionaire, the Evan Rachel Wood comedy from director Miranda July that had us rolling at Sundance. And to wrap things up we talk about our recent dives into the Coen Brothers and George A Romero. All this and more on this week’s episode of The MovieBabble Podcast!
