‘Snake Eyes’ Is Bland, ‘Old’ Is Weird, and ‘Twilight’ Is Twilight

This week saw the competitive release of Snake Eyes and Old, two films that raked in nearly the same amount of money but one is a solid success and the other is a considerable flop. Snake Eyes proves that the GI: Joe franchise still can’t get itself off the ground while Old proves that Shaymalan’s betting on himself is a solid strategy. Nick, John, and I discuss the likes, dislikes, and wackiness of both new films.
